Glutton for Punishment

[Jaw drop] "April 22nd?! Is it possible for mission calls to have typos? Probably not..."

Those were my immediate thoughts as my eyes scanned over the long-awaited details of my call. But now, three days into finals, I'm kind of glad I can go to another semester of school. I've started working more, you see, and being stuck in the bowels of the HFAC (albeit for just a few days) has made me long for the greener pastures of going to classes and complaining about homework and papers. I really like school--I love learning, I love being in the environment, I love the library, I love taking tests, and even though I get busy enough to wish I could sleep all day, I think I'm addicted to it all. This semester was the craziest of semesters so far, and so I crossed my fingers that I'd leave the end of January--just enough time to have a good break, shop for clothes, study Preach My Gospel, and get ready to go. I toyed with the idea of not attending Winter semester even after I got my call, but deep down I knew I'd eventually get bored. And rightly so, since I'm already antsy in the midst of finals week. What a nerd... :)

After finishing winter semester, I'll only have 5 more required classes. What am I going to do when I graduate?! Ah yes, go to more school. :) If I got paid enough, I'd be a professional student the rest of my life.
